Scenario
The full pass
The user photographs their passport and takes one selfie. The MRZ is parsed and checksum-validated per ICAO 9303, the selfie is scored for liveness and matched 1:1 to the document photo on 512-d embeddings, and the parsed name is screened against 18,079 OFAC and UN entries. The verdict comes back Ed25519-signed — downstream systems verify it against GET /v1/verification-key instead of taking it on faith.
